I grew up in Southeast Texas and I know this climate better than any out-of-town contractor ever will. I know what the humidity does to wood fascia. I know how fast pine needles fill up a gutter. I started Top Notch in 2009 with a simple goal: be the contractor I always wished existed when I was a homeowner.
